Marketing communications professional passionate about developing content that creates brand impact.
With 7 years of experience in Marketing Communications, Manasi began her career as a Marketing Executive at a Dubai-based agency, where she managed in-house marketing campaigns and developed 50+ marketing collaterals to support the marketing & business development teams.
Eager to explore the B2C marketing space, she moved into a client-facing role as a Digital Marketing Executive. There, she led demand generation for the "Discount Vouchers" vertical on Smiles by e&, handling push notifications, social media, app marketing, and CRM campaigns. She also managed marketing activities for Mauritius Tourism, including the launch of their pavilion at Expo 2020 and the “Re-opening of Mauritius” campaign post COVID.
Manasi broadened her experience further during a maternity cover at SAP, working as a Digital Marketing Associate across 8 markets, collaborating with EMEA teams on campaign strategy and execution.
She then returned to e&, leading demand generation for Smiles Grocery, including the launch and promotion of two products — Groceries on Smiles and Smiles Market, establishing Smiles as a household name in the grocery space.
Following this, she took a 6-month creative sabbatical to reconnect with her passions — traveling across three cities in India, writing again, and experimenting with recipes in the kitchen.
Her most recent role brought her back into agency life, where she led paid digital campaigns for the automotive brand BYD (UAE & KSA markets), supported product launches and in-store activations, executed OOH campaigns, media production and shoots, and led the CRM campaigns whilst simultaneously working on brand marketing activities for Dubai Investments’ globalpharma.
In recognition of her creativity and growing impact in the field, Manasi was featured in Campaign Middle East’s “Creative Faces to Watch 2025.”
